Since the selected facility was already a functioning restaurant, little work was required in the kitchen, but Sprecher’s decided to infill the existing patio areas to provide a lounge and private party room. The interior of the bar was also reworked to showcase the company’s award-winning beverages.
Scheduled for completion on June 22, 2010, is the construction of an outdoor dining and bar experience that is unique to the area. Due to the nature of our Wisconsin climate, the outdoor area brings its own set of challenges, but provides a welcome environment for guests to enjoy the warm summer nights and some friendly competition courtesy of the restaurant’s outdoor games.
This one-of-a-kind venue was a success in our client’s eyes. Iconica was able to turn over this project in a mere four months in addition to providing a quality product within a defined budget and existing space.
