Our Controller plans, directs and supervises the accounting functions including; *Directing integrated financial strategies, budgeting, planning and forecasts for all financial activities, *Analyzing and interpreting financial data including analysis of WIP schedules, *Reviewing and monitoring of financial statements, *Presenting the results of current financial reports, summaries and forecasts for future business growth and general economic outlook, *Evaluating financial impact of real estate investments and property management decisions, and *Managing, mentoring and providing direction to the accounting team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a solid knowledge of construction accounting and excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills who can enhance our company’s operational effectiveness and fiscal accountability.
